SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are processed within three working days. Delivery within the UK is sent by tracked Hermes Evri service.

For Europe we offer a tracked service with Hermes Evri at a flat rate of £12. Due to changes in accordance to Brexit customs will now contact you to pay duty and VAT on each purchase. Should you wish an express service, please email us immediately after your order and we will be able to ship your package with DHL which is approx £25. (1 to 3 days)

For the rest of the world we offer a tracked service at a flat rate of £22 with Fedex.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your shipping confirmation.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase then please email us requesting a refund or exchange.

Please note that our return requirements are as follows.
We will gladly exchange or refund your items within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  1. The item is returned within 14 days in its original condition- unworn, unused unwashed, undamaged - with all original tags in place.

  2. The return is posted in the packaging in which it was received, or else an equally secure package.

  3. The original invoice is included inside the package along with the returns form. If the item was a gift, the name of the purchaser mush be noted.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays processing the return or the return of the package.

Please ensure that you keep a note of your tracking and proof of postage until your return has been fully processed. We do not refund shipping costs or any other duties or taxes incurred.

REFUNDS

We will always try to be as swift as possible, refunds may take up to 5-10 working days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

Payments will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding the cost of shipping.

SUSTAINABILITY

We worked closely with our packaging providers to minimise the environmental footprint of our packaging. Our lightweight mailing bag, made from natural resin is fully biodegradable & industry compostable ~ it’s also perfect for reusing.
